solution
Partnering with a UX architect, I created the “Interstate Road Trip” training. We used a journey metaphor—taking designers through each system component like stops on a road trip. I led the visual storytelling, designing custom illustrations and crafting a narrative arc. The format balanced fun, clarity, and practical steps—from setting up design tools to understanding governance.
result
The Road Trip training was widely adopted, accelerating system onboarding and boosting designer confidence. It set a standard for engaging, effective design system education, helping teams hit the ground running.
