A UX researcher produced a comprehensive end-to-end dealer journey map capturing workflows, pain points, and opportunity areas across the ecosystem. While the research was deeply valuable, its level of detail made it difficult for executive stakeholders to quickly absorb and act on the insights. The challenge was to translate this complex research into a clear strategic narrative that highlighted the most critical findings and opportunities.

Working closely with the researcher, I reframed the journey into four strategic phases that aligned with key moments in the dealer experience. I designed a visual storytelling framework that distilled the research into structured infographic narratives—surfacing major pain points, opportunity areas, and ecosystem interactions at a glance.

The final deliverable transformed dense research into an executive-ready decision tool. Leadership gained a clear view of the dealer ecosystem, key friction points, and strategic opportunities, helping align teams around where product and experience improvements could have the greatest impact.
